I am an Educational Psychologist registered as an independent psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I have a keen interest in child psycho-social development and learning, parent guidance, and psychotherapy and would like to make a definite and authentic contribution to the lives of the youth today. My passion lies in collectively working with parents, caregivers, teachers, and children whilst providing a platform of guidance, support and understanding. I intend to “hold the space” for every child and family, by working holistically to meet their individual needs and positively supporting them in meaningful ways to their unique development, experiences, environment, and context.
I am also trained in conducting full psycho-educational assessments where barriers to learning can be identified and supported within the various systems – individual, family, school, and community. In addition, I have also been trained in career counselling and school-readiness assessments.
